Some companies ,like Twitter, have committed to continuing with the work-from-home setting long after the outbreak. While it brings many opportunities such as less commute, more time with family and more flexibility, it also incapacitates some companies that haven’t grasped the right way to address their employees’ wellbeing. How can companies improve productivity in the “work from home” setting?
